Blue Oasis holds a current California Contractors License, Bond and General Liability policy

We have been in business since 1998 and are formerly known as Bill Brown Pool Service.We have never had a complaint against us with the CSLB or a claim against our insurance in 24 years. We aren’t rated with the BBB because that is a rating that you buy, not earn. We are a family owned and operated business that has maintained itself over the years through hard work, continuing education and dedication to customer service. Our customers are important and like family to us and we treat them with courtesy, kindness and respect . We don’t believe in nickel and diming our customers for every little thing. If we can do it and its within our scope of work, we just do it. No extra charge. No add on to your monthly bill. We call it customer service and are glad to do it.

We are members of a number of nationally recognized trade organizations , are CPO certified, and have our team members attend bi-annual service and repair focused training. We pride ourselves in staying up on new products, equipment and services made available by our suppliers and manufacturers to better service your pool and spa
